EventR allows you to synchronise all the activities in an itinerary to your device&#039;s local calendar. This toggle can be found in the Notifications, Calendar (&amp;amp; Widgets) screen, under the Summary page. This allows you to use other tools with your itinerary information. &lt;br /&gt;

You can filter the sections, [[Activity Category Tags|categories]], and [[Activity visibility levels|public]] items. &lt;br /&gt;

We create a specific EventR Calendar, so depending on your settings you may need to enable it to see it. It will begin with &amp;quot;EventR - &amp;quot;.&lt;br /&gt;

Power lists are a check list you can present to members of you team. At the simplest they can can be used to tick off a list of tasks that have been done. When an expense is submitted with an image, it is processed by [[EventR AI]] to automatically extract relevant details. Once this process is complete, the AI Bobbin will appear on the expense card in the list view. &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;div&gt;The user spreadsheet import export feature supports both CSV (comma separated variables) and XLS format. To get started we recommend downloading the existing user data, then editing the spreadsheet.&lt;br /&gt;

Groups can be added with a &#039;,&#039; between them, along with Departments, and Permissions.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
If the system has [[user personal data]] turned on in Admin -&amp;gt; Settings, this information will appear too in the export.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
If the user being added is new to EventR (e.g. a company email) you may edit the user personal data as an Administrator. However if they are a member of multiple teams or have a personal EventR app with the same email, this data cannot be modified in this way.&lt;br /&gt;

When you upload, it is important to have a First Name, Last name, and email address for every users - the Email address is required since that is where the invite will be sent to.&lt;br /&gt;

During the upload you may have a conflict, or a partial change. The system will present a dialog allowing to to confirm what you want to do before the upload actually happens.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
If [[Departments and Groups]] are not already created, they can be created on the first screen. If you choose not to create them, the users will be added without them.&lt;br /&gt;
