How to operate in a cost capped sports environment

In a cost capped motorsport it is often important to be able to report by month or by quarter how much has been spend on travel. EventR's reports page allows you to select these time ranges, and will show all the costs that have be filed in the period by invoice date. Therefore it is important to make sure all the invoice dates line up to the correct period.
