* Manage Accommodation flows

* Track travel costs for all travel with budgets
* Keep travellers updated with travel including flight details if they need to change.
* Assist in quoting, if required, to a client
A travel manager can use the system to prepare itineraries and trips. These can be supplied in app form in the [[EventR Team Guide|EventR Team App]] or via [[Generate Itinerary PDF|PDF document]], depending on the requirement.

The system enables a Travel Manager to plan all aspects of a trip, and via duplication even provide multiple alternatives.
