Admins are the most common role type you want to assign. To promote a normal user to Admin you must use the [[ECH User Screen]]. Select the user from the list and then select the role drop down. A user can be assigned multiple roles, which will add permissions to what they can do in the system. So make sure the "Admin" box has a check next to it and press Save. The user should log out and in again after being given a new role.
