EventR can manage many parts of large scale events. All the activities, with costs can be tracked. The movements of all the staff can be managed, so that everything is prepared on time. The attendees can be given a Public Itinerary to make it easy to find their way around. The costs of the whole event can be logged and tracked from an accountability point of view.
Users can be members of multiple teams, so many events actually have separate EventR teams delivering parts of the event with their own managers. An extreme example would be a F1 race where:
- The F1 Team manages their schedules
- The Experience company manages their guests
- The Media and TV teams manage photographers, camera people, and hosts
- The Race Goers have a public itinerary to help them get around
- The Infrastructure Suppliers manage their on and offsite activities.
EventR manages each of these stories in parallel, and people can cross between them if necessary.
