The iOS Version of EventR has a Widget that can be used to show the time of the next activity. You can choose to filter which items are scheduled for your widget either under Account, Settings, Widgets for global control; or Notifications, Calendar, & Widgets under the Summary page.

To install it use the normal iOS process. Hold your finger on an empty part of the screen until the elements start to wiggle:

Press Edit in top right and Add Widget from the menu, and you can then search for the EventR Widget:
