The EventR platform features integration with AI technology, to make managing your events, costs, and itineraries easier and more hassle-free.
EventR Team App
Within the EventR Team App as an itinerary member, you can create an expense with the button in the upper left of the screen.

You can then create a new expense, and take a photograph or screenshot of a receipt or other expense-indicating document. Then, tap "Done".

After a few seconds, you should see a little robot icon appear on the new expense entry.

Tapping the entry will open the AI Expense Review panel, where it shows the suggested changes created by our AI, and asks if you would like to make the changes. Tap "Yes".

You should now see your fully filled-out expense. Tap "Done" to finalise the changes.
EventR Coordinator Hub
Within the EventR Coordinator Hub, you have access to more powerful AI tools, as long as you are an Enterprise-tier organization or higher. You have access to the AI Inbox, which allows you to send emails containing itinerary-relevant documents to a given address, view AI-suggested itinerary items created based on those documents, and add them seamlessly to your itinerary.
To get started, click the "Forward Your Bookings" button on the top right.

Ensure you have the correct itinerary selected. Copy the address shown, and send or forward an email to that given address. Note that the supported file types in email attachments are:
- XLS/XLSX
- DOC/DOX
- PPTX/PPT
- CSV
- TXT
- HTML
- XML
- EML
- JPG
- PNG
- BMP
