Timezone Control

When doing things internationally time zones are very important. EventR has a strong concept of time zones, with every time in the system knowing its timezone, and supporting an event default timezone based on the address of the Itinerary. In the app by default all activity times are shown in their set time zone, so an event in New York at 6pm local, will be shown as 6pm.
For people coordinating in different timezones to the event around the world we have two features that are very handy: view all times in local time which is the icon at the top right of the title area. If there is a little flag shown, it means all times are shown in the that timezone, not event timezone. If there is no flag, then the times are all shown in their local time. This way you can quickly toggle between timezones.
World Clock

The world clock can be found on the Summary Tab of the Home screen. This allows you to see the time where you are and the time where the event is. If you tap on it a screen appears that has the time at every timezone used by the event - which may include flight layover timezones, team starting locations etc.
