To get started, navigate to the "Itineraries" section, and go to the "Event Information" tab. You also have a few options to choose from to filter out some information on your PDF:

* Show Private Information - Makes per-member-group notes visible

* Show Pending Entries - Allows itinerary items marked as Pending to appear on the PDF

* Show Cancelled Entries - Allows itinerary items marked as Cancelled to appear on the PDF

Once you're happy with your options, click "Generate" in the top right. Then, after it finishes processing, click "Open". This will open the PDF in your browser, and from here, you can view it, download it, and print it.
