User Personal Data can be requested from your users by going to the Admin->Settings in the ECH, and selecting the details you want to gather.

Currently you can request:

  • Dietary
  • Allergies
  • Additional Needs
  • Passport 1
  • Passport 2
  • Emergency Contact
  • Blood Type
  • Frequent Flyer
  • General Information
  • Clothing Sizes
  • Medical Conditions

When you have requested them, you can also make them mandatory. This means on the app the user will be prompted to fill in their personal data on the profile page.

Additionally, there are 3 configurable severity levels in the ECH:

  1. Dot Marker on the Account and Profile page -This is the default level. In the app a user will see a dot on the account and profile page as an indicator that there is missing mandatory personal information on their profile page requested by the team.
  2. User Alerted Once on Login - In addition to the dot marker, on login a user gets a pop-up notification informing them that there is missing mandatory personal information on their profile. The pop-up only displays once on login and can be cancelled.
  3. User Alerted Constantly on the Home Page - A dot marker is also displayed on the account and profile pages. On login a pop-up is displayed and can not be dismissed until the user completes the required mandatory personal information on their profile page.

You can download them as part of the user spreadsheet export process.

Users must fill them in on the User Account Tab in EventR Team.

Data security

User's personal data is considered by EventR as belonging to the user, so must be requested. It is stored in a separate encrypted store, and the user must grant access to it by toggling the switch. Once the switch has been toggled the Organisation gets access to this information until it is recinded. This allows users to not share medical information for instance, but share their clothing sizes.

This feature is currently only available for the Premium and Enterprise plans.
