The triple dot icon in the top left allows you to delete the selected itinerary.
General Information
Here you can edit general itinerary details such as name, dates, address, timezone, website and additional information. With a premium plan, attached documents and cover images can be edited.
Adding Itinerary Features
Each of the next pages allows you to add Flights, Accommodation, Hire Cars, Transport, Activities and Parkings onto your itinerary. Simply click the feature you wish to add and fill in the basic details such as booking references, dates, addresses, contact numbers.
For example, when adding a flight, you can input flight number, airports, date, time, terminal, website and additional information. To further customize the addition, select ‘Edit Bookings’ to add specific information and allocate the booking to specific members of your team.
With a premium plan, you can upload relevant documents to each of these pages to supplement the inputted information.
The Flights page supports a ‘Get Flight Data’ system which fetches flight information once fed a flight number and date of departure. The Accommodation page features a built in Hotel Booker and a selection of featured accommodation options.
