EventR allows you to synchronise all the activities in an itinerary to your device's local calendar. This toggle can be found in the "Notifications, Calendar & Widgets" screen, under the Summary page. It is entitled 'Calendar Sync'. This allows you to use other tools with your itinerary information, integrating with your existing device calendar workflow.
You can filter the sections, categories, and public items.
We create a specific EventR Calendar as opposed to merging it with an existing personal one, so depending on your settings you may need to enable it to see it. It will begin with "EventR - ".
For this feature to work, you must enable calendar access permissions to EventR in your device settings.
On Android, you'll need to enable a non-Google account (in your Calendar App, Settings, Manage accounts) before the calendars will be visible in the normal user-interface.
Steps to exporting your calendar
Exporting iCloud calendar

With an Apple Mac (recommended):
- Go to a Mac, open the Calendar app.
- Click on "EventR - " calendar.
- Go to
File->Export->Export, and save the ics file.

Without an Apple Mac:
- In a web browser, go to icloud.com/calendar.
- Hover the cursor over the calendar, and click the "profile" icon.
- Enable "Public Calendar" (disabling after these steps is recommended).
- Copy the link shown, paste into the URL of a new tab and replace
webcalwithhttp. - Hit enter and it will attempt to download the ics file.
Exporting Google calendar
Eventr Calendars only exist on the device to which it's been synced, so you need to export using a third-party app such as this.
The Calendar Entry

The calendar entries for each itinerary event will be included in the EventR calendar added to your device. Date, time and location data transfers across (if included), alongside supporting information, such as the entry's associated itinerary name. A 'deep-link' is also provided - unique to each calendar entry - which if tapped will take you straight inside EventR Team to the activity in question, allowing precise navigation between your device's calendar app and EventR team.
