Overview
The Rooming List feature in EventR allows users to create, manage, and organise accommodation requirements for an event. It acts as a central workspace for defining booking criteria, tracking room needs, and generating documents to help streamline the process when communicating with accommodation providers.
Rooming Lists are managed on a per itinerary basis.
Accessing Rooming Lists

To find the Rooming Lists feature in the ECH simply navigate to the Itineraries tab and then Accommodation sub tab. |

How to Use
|
To create a rooming list, press the "Create Rooming List" button, this will open a full screen modal. It will be pre-filled with your selected itinerary details like location, dates, lead booker (You) etc. |
