Screens

There are a few important screens in the EventR app. The first one is shown below and is labelled as the 'Itinerary' tab on the home page. The itinerary tab displays a personalised list of events, such as flights, hotels, and activities, organised by day. The top bar of the app will remain constant across all screens within the itinerary, telling you which itinerary it is, the dates, time zones, and allowing you to access tabs such as expense tracking.

The next screen is the 'Summary' tab. This displays all public and team-level events, as well as your own private events. This page is broken down by category rather than by day and allows you to view what other team members may be doing. This page is also useful for veiwing stands, such as food trucks or public bathrooms, which are not assigned individually but instead stored as independent entries. An example of this is the documents tab shown in green below.

The final tab accessed from the home page is the 'Map' tab shown below. The map tab serves two separate functions: first, the tab shows you the location of event entries in a chronological order, helping with planning and transport; second, the app allows you to share your location using the 'pin' button just above the map tab. Locations can be shared for 15 minutes, 8 hours or indefinitely and are viewed alongside events on this page.

Along the bottom of your screen, there are 4 tabs: home, chat, team and account. The chat page, shown below, is available to enterprise customers and allows for quick and easy communication with all members involved in the itinerary. Within events, such as a flight, the option to create a chat will appear, ensuring everyone is kept up-to-date with all information.

To edit or add a new member to your itinerary, the teal circular buttons in the bottom right-hand corner can be used. To edit, use the itinerary or summary page, or to add a member access through the chat or team page.
