EventR can assist in the organisation of any type of meeting with any number of people.

Scenario: Internal Meetings for a large multinational

This requirement involves people from around the world traveling to a place perhaps for a multi day trip. They might be reviewing a site or a new product. They require flexible planning, where exact timings are not important, however there are likely to be certain activities are are scheduled between participants.

EventR Team allows all these activities to be captured with ease. You can track:

  • Locations and addresses of meetings
  • Timelines
  • Additional information such as documentation require to perform the task
  • Gather personal information such as visa information or dietary requirements
  • Attendees can track their costs
  • Attendees can collaborate with the planners, such as booking extra stays or flights
  • All travel provisions
  • Full timeline for every attendee
  • Check lists of tasks that must be carried out before the meeting can proceed
  • Costed items such as subsistence allowances.
  • Preordering of extras, such as food and drink for Attendees.

The Meeting organiser can publish an agenda to all attendees. Guest mode allows for users to be given a personal schedule for the meeting, along with any arrangements about travelling to the meeting. People outside the core organisation can be invited via a sharelink or QR code as well as via spreadsheet, and assigned a relevant schedule.

Documents and information required for a successful meeting can be attached to the itinerary.
