How to use Transport for car allocation

Overview

Team member can be allocated to hired cars in the Transport section in the EventT Coordinator Hub.

Add a car in the Hire/Rental Car Section

Create a car in the Hire/Rental Car section with a given driver.

A hire car named Red with Juan as a driver

Add a transport in the Transport Section

Before entering the Transport name,set the Tranport Type as Hire Car.This provides a list of available hire cars added in the hire car section as displayed in the imag e below

Select Hire Car option as the Transport type
