ECH Accommodation Tab
The Accommodation tab in the ECH is where you add all of the details for your stay. Select '+ New Accommodation', give it a name and define what type of accommodation it is (e.g Hotel, Airbnb, Hostel etc). Set check-in and check-out dates/times along with any other additional information that your users may need. You can then add guests by name and booking reference, specifying room type and costs associated.
The Accommodation page also contains access to the Rooming Lists feature, allowing users to create, manage, save, and generate accommodation request PDFs for hotels or accommodation suppliers.
In this space we also display featured hotels on the right side of the screen, in case you're having trouble finding a hotel of your own. You can book one through our official partner, Hotelplanner.
Hotel Booking System
Simply click 'Book Hotel', then specify a destination and date range. The search feature will then return suggested hotels. subject to the filtering system located on the left side of the page, which filters by star rating, user rating, price range and can sort by price, rating and proximity to itinerary event.
Selecting 'See Description' on your desired hotel will then present you with detailed descriptions of the property and its amenities, alongside with miscellaneous fees, a map and pictures.
At the bottom of the page a summary can be found, alongside the 'Book Now' button!
