The Delete feature allows administrators to remove multiple users from the Back Office in a single action. This is useful when managing large user bases and needing to clean up or deactivate several user accounts at once.

Deleting Temp users

Scenario

A company has onboarded a batch of temporary contractors who have completed their assignments. The administrator needs to remove all contractor accounts from the system efficiently, rather than deleting them one by one.

Bulk Delete Restrictions
Owner Accounts Protected Users with the owner role are automatically excluded from the bulk deletion. Even if selected, they will be skipped when the delete action is confirmed. This ensures that owner accounts cannot be accidentally removed.
Current Signed-In User Protected The currently logged-in user cannot delete their own account through the bulk delete feature. Their account will be excluded from the deletion list even if it is selected.

The Users Table page displays all active users in a data grid with checkbox selection enabled.

Select Users for Deletion

Each row in the table has a checkbox on the left side. Click the checkboxes next to the users you want to delete. You can select multiple users.

The "Delete Users" button (located in the top action bar) becomes enabled once at least one user is selected.
