Theme Selection

EventR Team can be customised to allow you to apply brand colours and imagery throughout the app. The theme is controlled by the ECH and is an Enterprise feature. Please note the app theme is applied at the team level, but the app icon and and store listing remains the same.

Theme Selection is made in the app in Account->Settings->Theme. These override the organisation default.

Currently the organisation can only set one theme at a time, though you can have multiple themes defined.

Custom Email Templates

Within the theming page you can also have custom email templates.

Currently these templates are supported:

- ECH Invite

- Itinerary Invite

With a view to add support for more over time.

When you go to the theming page at the bottom you will see an entry for these two custom email templates. There are three fields, Subject which is you custom subject for the email. HTML which is the raw HTML that will be sent as the email and txt which is a fallback incase the HTML is not able to be used due to an error in it. Both the HTML and txt fields will be filled with the current default value of that email template and will only be saved if you update any one of these 3 fields. There is also a "Reset to default" button which will reset all 3 fields back to the default value for that template.
