Incentive Travel Organisers can follow the Travel Manager processes, with the additional feature of publishing a public itinerary if necessary, allowing them to add to existing trips. With the Coordinator Hub Incentive Travel Organisers can:

• Manage Flights
• Manage Hire Cars and Vehicle Allocations for them
• Manage Accommodation flows
• Manage procuring hotels from requirement to purchase.
• Has a fully featured integrated hotel purchasing system via our partner HotelPlanner
• Track travel costs for all travel with budgets
• Keep travellers updated with travel including flight details if they need to change.
• Assist in quoting, if required, to a client

We also have features such as images in the activites, which when paired with Markdown can produce visually appealing information. Document stores are also an important feature for this user story, providing information required to have a great trip!
