EventR Team supports documents being added all over the itinerary allowing team members to have any information they may require at the right time. These files are available offline, so they can be used without signal.

In the app you add them from the itinerary edit screen, and in the coordinator you add them where there's a button on the Itinerary editing screen.

Where you can upload a document in the following places:

Edit Location Visible location
Event Information Summary tab in app, General section
Activity in the top area All users that can see that activity
Against a particular Booking area All users on that booking

The structure of the itinerary is important for who sees what document, as is the visibility control of the activity.

Most document times are supported, but for it to be of use make sure the phone can read it!
