Add some activities to your Itinerary from the ECH
To create an activity simply select the tab for the activity type and enter the details.
The pages generally work the same way following the guide on this page. You can add:
- Flights
- Accommodation
- Rental Cars
- Transport
- Activities
- Parking
To get started, add a flight by clicking the + Button and then entering the flight number and date you wish to fly, and then Get Flight Data. This should autofill the remaining fields, and supports Live Flight Updates.
Now add the user you have booked on the flight to the bottom area called "Passengers". This will quickly allow you to add multiple bookings made on the same flight.
In addition we have the EventR AI Inbox that can speed up adding bookings if you have confirmation details in other formats. This is used by clicking on the button "Forward Your Bookings" at the top and copying the email address. Now forward your bookings to that email address in your mail client and they can be added via the AI Inbox.
