How to swap teams

Teams are core to what the user sees. All the itineraries, permissions and configuration are managed at the team level so users must have the correct team selected to see the right information. If they create their user manually they might make a new team of their own accidentally. They will need to swap team to correct this.

How to change your team in the EventR Team App

EventR Teams can be created by anyone. When someone creates a Team, they become its "owner" giving them the ability to invite others, and manage the team.

Any user can also be a member of many teams. To change team go to the Account page in the EventR Team App, and select "Swap Team":

You can also use this screen to create a new team for yourself by pressing the "+" in the top right. If you create a team this way it will be the logged in account that is Owner. Only one team can be created per account.

In the EventR Enterprise Coordinator Hub you can swap team by clicking on the team name in the top right hand corner (assuming you have another team to go to).

We have found some people create their own team, when they mean to join a larger one. This will not be a problem as they can swap teams afterwards using this screen after being invited.

How to change Teams in the ECH

The team selection screen allows you to change team if you are a member of multiple teams. A padlock icon next to the team means that Team does not have a pricing tier that enables ECH use, and can only work from the app. The Owner of the organisation must purchase a suitable tier to gain access.
