Booking statuses

In the EventR Enterprise Coordinator Hub, you have some additional controls over visibility to users of the app to assist in the planning and scheduling process.

Each activity has a drop down on the right that controls our three states:

• Confirmed - the default, which is always visible to all users of the app. This means the activity is all booked.
• Pending - this state is not visible in the app, and appears only in the Coordinator Hub. This can be used during the booking process, and is now part of the Orders and Rooming Lists process where orders can include pending bookings for quotation.
• Cancelled - this removes the item from the app, but allows you to continue to track it in the app allowing you to keep any cancellation costs in the EventR Costing Model
