Stands

A Stand in EventR is an activity without a time. We called them "Stands" after stands at a show, however they can be much more than that, allowing you to convey any information you want to any group of people for the whole itinerary. Some examples of uses of stands:

Food and Drink locations - using the Markdown and Advanced options, you can make fancy layouts even including price lists.
Points of Interest such as a museum travellers may wish to visit.
Document store by user - such as permits. Make the Stand private, and only people attached to it will get the documents. These can be put in a template itinerary and copied out on demand.
Parking locations - not reserved just choices.
Contact lists of telephone numbers
... and anything else you can think of!
