How to add users to EventR via a spreadsheet
The user spreadsheet import export feature supports both CSV (comma separated variables) and XLS format. To get started we recommend downloading the existing user data, then editing the spreadsheet.



Groups can be added with a ',' between them, along with Departments, and Permissions.
If the system has user personal data turned on in Admin -> Settings, this information will appear too in the export.
If the user being added is new to EventR (e.g. a company email) you may edit the user personal data as an Administrator. However if they are a member of multiple teams or have a personal EventR app with the same email, this data cannot be modified in this way.

When you upload, it is important to have a First Name, Last name, and email address for every users - the Email address is required since that is where the invite will be sent to.
During the upload you may have a conflict, or a partial change. The system will present a dialog allowing to to confirm what you want to do before the upload actually happens.
If Departments and Groups are not already created, they can be created on the first screen. If you choose not to create them, the users will be added without them.
Once a spreadsheet has been uploaded, users will not receive the invite email until you check the box next to them and select "Invite".
