Coordinating a team to do a task - such as visits to a factory, or to clients shows are an internal activity, and well covered by the EventR Team App for small groups. This allows for adhoc travel plans to be added to the system without formal coordination.

When you require more control, the EventR Enterprise Coordinator Hub allows you to fully manage the teams planning. The Admin screen settings allow you to customise how much control you wish to give the team - whether they book the flights themselves, or if its only centrally procured allowing for many different set ups. Expense tracking is also supported for the team to bring it all together.

Keep the team up to date with flight statuses in real time, so that pickups and drop offs can be dynamically optimised in the case of delays.

Logistics Coordinators can also supply important documents and permits to their team - personally if required. They will be available even when offline.
