Travel Manager

The Travel Manager role can be covered by the EventR Team App, but normally when an organisation has a full travel manager, they should be using the EventR Enterprise Coordinator Hub. With the Coordinator Hub a Travel Manager can:

  • Manage Flights
  • Manage Hire Cars and Vehicle Allocations for them
  • Manage Accommodation flows
  • Manage procuring hotels from requirement to purchase.
  • Has a fully featured integrated hotel purchasing system via our partner HotelPlanner
  • Track travel costs for all travel with budgets
  • Keep travellers updated with travel including flight details if they need to change.
  • Assist in quoting, if required, to a client

A travel manager can use the system to prepare itineraries and trips. These can be supplied in app form in the EventR Team App or via PDF document, depending on the requirement.

The system enables a Travel Manager to plan all aspects of a trip, and via duplication even provide multiple alternatives.
