Itinerary Tags
This feature requires Enterprise Coordinator Hub access. Itinerary Tags appear as coloured areas in the top of the home screen of the app. They allow you to assign as many names and colours as you want to help you categorise your itineraries into groups. In the app if you tap on the coloured area a tray will open with the list of tag names. You can also see them from the itinerary list screen

In the coordinator itinerary tags perform an number of grouping tasks. User permissions can be assigned by itinerary tag allowing you to make admins for one group of itineraries. In the search you can filter by itinerary tag.

To create a tag, you must go to the Event Information tab, and click on the luggage tag icon next to the Itinerary Name field. This will open an overlay where you can "Create a new Tag". Tags can be given a colour and a name.
Once a tag is created, if you select the tag icon at the top of the screen, you can filter the dropdown or side bar by selecting the tags for the itineraries you want to show.
Archive
The Archive tag is a special tag that is not shown by default. You can however select it, and show all archived Itineraries. Itineraries are assigned the Archive tag when you first try to delete them. If you want to recover something accidentally deleted you can remove the Archive tag, and it will be restored. If you delete something with the archive tag it will be permanently deleted.
