Personal details
Overview
EventR's Profile Editing page allows users to manage their personal information, contact details, pick-up addresses and relevant personal requirements which they can choose to share with their organisation, or not. The page brings these details together in one place, helping users maintain an accurate profile that can support travel planning, team coordination and individual needs.
Users can update their details as circumstances change, configure which information is shared with others, and record additional information that may be important when organising travel or participating in team activities.
Users can access their profile through the Account section of the EventR mobile application.

Pick-up addresses

Personal and default addresses
EventR allows users to manage pick-up address information within their profile.
The address section includes the following features:
- Pick-up address for another user — displays the pick-up address associated with the selected person, where available.
- Address and map preview — presents the address alongside a map view to help users understand the location.
- Default pick-up address — allows users to maintain their own default pick-up location.
- Share my default with another user — provides a sharing option for making the user's default pick-up address available to a specified person.
These features can help simplify the coordination of journeys, particularly when arranging transport for colleagues, organising group travel or planning collections from specific locations.
Saving a default pick-up address can reduce the need to repeatedly enter the same information. The ability to share an address with another user can also make it easier to coordinate collections and transfers.
Address sharing and privacy
Address sharing is controlled through the available sharing options. Users can review whether their default address is shared with the relevant person and adjust the setting as appropriate.
Because pick-up addresses can contain sensitive personal information, users should ensure that they share these details only when appropriate for their travel or coordination requirements.
Personal requirements
EventR includes fields for recording personal requirements that may be relevant when organising travel or coordinating team activities. These are grouped into dedicated sections.
Allergies
The allergy section allows users to indicate whether they have allergy-related requirements and provide additional information.

Available fields include:
- Allergy toggle — enables or disables the allergy section.
- Allergy requirements — allows users to select or record relevant allergy information.
- Other — provides space to enter additional details that may not be covered by the available options.
Recording allergy information can help users communicate relevant requirements when planning meals, activities, accommodation or events. Additional notes can provide context where further clarification is needed.
Blood type
The blood type section provides a place for users to record their blood type.
The section includes a toggle and a field for entering the relevant type. The interface also indicates when blood type information is required by the team.
Where this information is requested by an organisation, recording it in the profile can help users keep relevant personal information accessible within their account.
Medical conditions
The medical conditions section allows users to record relevant medical information in a notes field.
The section includes a toggle and a dedicated area for entering notes. The interface indicates when this information is required by the team.
This can provide a place to record information that may be relevant to a user's participation in activities or travel arrangements. Users should ensure that any information entered is accurate and appropriate for the intended purpose.
Note: Medical and allergy information is sensitive personal data. Users and organisations should handle it appropriately and ensure that it is shared only with authorised people for legitimate purposes.
Account deletion
A Delete Account option is available near the bottom of the profile page.
This provides users with an account deletion option when they no longer wish to use EventR. As account deletion may have lasting consequences, users should review any confirmation messages and relevant information presented during the process before proceeding.

After making changes, users can use the Done control at the top of the page to finish editing.
Users should review their entries before leaving the page to ensure that their contact details, addresses and other information are accurate.
