Using Power Lists to take orders from guests

Similar to Meal Allowances you can configure a power list to take an order from a guest or a group of guests. This might be useful in a VIP setting where certain things can be charged afterwards to a customer or sponsor. EventR has a robust audit log, and by giving guest users access to a Todo list containing options, you can make a full business process around it to add extras - such as food orders, experiences, or just open up different menus.

Because items can be costed, EventR can quickly create a report for accounts to invoice against, and coordinators can ensure things are ordered ahead of time if necessary.
