The following features may be of use for a conference organiser...
Public Itineraries
A conference organiser will benefit from Public Itineraries - allowing them to share their pre-built conference. Activities such as registration and welcome talks can be set to public, whilst attendees’ individual breakout room sessions and keynote attendances can be kept private to them, maintaining a professional level of privacy across the conference whilst keeping the app logistically functional.
Chat
The chat service can be reconfigured to support working as a broadcast feature.
Activity Categories
By using EventR’s inbuilt category assignment feature to group activities by location, organisers can easily view all sessions taking place in each conference room, while attendees can clearly see the location of each item in their itinerary.
Timetabling and Planner View
Team organisers and admins can view a detailed and clear planning page in the Coordinator Hub, displaying the individual timetables of all speakers and attendees. Attendees can view a time organised itinerary for their day, and sync this to their device calendars for easy integration into their existing workflows.
VIP Support
If you require VIP support, we can obviously manage all the Travel Manager features to give an exclusively tailored experience.
